By accessing, signing up and using LoveHabibi, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service

  • Requests or solicits money, financial information, or financial transactions from other users
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or other characteristics
  • Shows disrespect towards someone's identity, background, beliefs, or orientation
  • Contains images of minors (individuals under 18 years old)
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful technologies
  • Invades others' privacy or misrepresents your identity
4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Harass, stalk, intimidate, or harm other users
  • Engage in or promote escort services, prostitution, or solicitation of sexual services
  • Engage in or promote illegal activities of any kind
  • Discriminate against or show disrespect towards others based on their identity, background, beliefs, or orientation

  • Send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited advertisements
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the Service

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing prohibited content and suspending or terminating accounts.

5. Membership and Payments

We offer both free and premium membership options:

5.1 Free Services

Basic account creation and certain features are available at no cost. Free services may be modified at any time.

5.2 Premium Membership

Premium features require payment of applicable fees. By subscribing to a premium membership:

  • You agree to pay all fees in the currency specified at the time of purchase
  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
  • For recurring subscriptions, you authorize recurring payments until cancellation
  • Fees may change with notice before renewal; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance
5.3 Payment Processing

We partner with third-party payment processors to handle transactions. These providers may have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or performance of these third-party payment processors.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process in your account settings. Deleting your account automatically cancels your subscription. Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds where we deem appropriate.

6. Your Content and Conduct

By posting content on our Service, you:

  • Retain ownership rights to your content
  • Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and promoting our Service
  • Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to such content
  • Represent that your content does not violate the rights of any third party

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem objectionable, at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, software, images, videos, trademarks, logos, and service marks) are owned by Lovehabibi, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in your account settings. If you have an active subscription, you must separately cancel your subscription to stop recurring charges.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. We may also terminate or suspend your account for inactivity.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. We may retain certain information as required by law or as necessary for our legitimate business purposes.

11. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

LOVEHABIBI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any user content or third-party services accessed through our Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOVEHABIBI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LOVEHABIBI DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR
  • $100 USD

We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • User content or communications
  • Actions or behaviors of any user
  • Any resulting damages or losses

You are solely responsible for all of your communications and interactions with other users and with other persons as a result of your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lovehabibi, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your user content
  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

15.2 Changes to the Terms
