I forgot my password

I reset my password but didn't get any email

The reset email should reach you almost immediately. Please check your email spam/filter folders or try requesting the reset email again.

I am unable to upload photos during signup

We are aware of a few reports of photo upload failing on certain specific devices, and are working on a solution to this. For the time being, using another device (mobile, laptop, etc) to upload photos may work.

Why was my profile rejected after signing up?

Our moderation team may have rejected your profile because it goes against our terms of service by containing either inappropriate text or images, personal contacts details, or something else that runs against the benefit of the overall user community. Please adjust your profile and resubmit it.

I am a premium member but cannot send messages to other users

We are aware of a few reports of messaging failing on certain specific devices, and are working on a solution to this. For the time being, using another device (mobile, laptop, etc) to send messages may work. If this is not acceptable to you, please contact us and we will action a refund for you.

I got an email notification but the message is not in my inbox

This happens if the user account is question is no longer available on the website. This could happen either because the user deleted themselves or because it was removed by our moderation team for acting against our terms of service.

I want to cancel my premium subscription

Please click here to cancel your premium subscription. Your premium status will remain active until the end of the period that you already paid for.

I want to pay by some other method than credit card

Unfortunately, we currently only accept payment by either bank card or credit card.

My card was charged but my account was not upgraded to premium membership

Occasionally, it may take a few seconds for your account to upgrade after payment. If this has not happened for whatever reason, please contact us and we will look into the matter for you.

Can I upgrade to premium membership for just one month?

Yes. In this case, simply cancel your premium membership immediately after upgrading. Your premium status will remain active until the end of the period that you already paid for.

If I upgrade to premium membership, can other people read my messages for free?

Yes. If you are premium member, other users can read your messages for free.

How do I delete my profile?

Please click here to delete your profile. At the bottom of the page, you will find an option to delete your profile.

I deleted my profile. Can I get it back?

No. Once deleted, the profile is permanently gone.
