Hi there,

I agree with you in some parts and disagree in general, but i want to focus a very important note:
Muslim women can't marry non-muslim man, why? as it's Allah's rule, and we should obey -as muslims-, and we can't say its not fair, as we believe Allah is the most fair, plus we don't worship our minds but we worship Allah by his rules not by ours,
Secondly; no one can tell it's unfair to allow muslim men while not allow women, why? again, if you study islam you will find that the general rule is justice and equity between males and females in duties and rights, but there are exception's that Allah has stated by is infinite wisdom which fit the natural differences between men and women, one simple example is expenditure; Men are obligated by religion to spend on their women whether women want to work or not, that's a rule, and again no one can say its unfair, its Allah's rule! I think no love can exist knowing that you disobey your most beloved Allah who created you and gave you all what you have, plus marriage is not only about love, its a total LIFE and actually has a great effect on the other life to, it's not a kind of daily dating!

P.S. I agree with you in not encouraging even muslim men to marry non muslim women, for many concerns, but it's allowed at the end, not favored though.
