Arab cuisine is quite literally, legendary, and thankfully, the US has it's fair share of Arab-American restaurants where you can sample the mouth-watering menagerie of Middle-Eastern flavors. Two Arab-American women have taken the notion of bringing a taste of home to the table a step further. Denise Hazime and Alia Al-Kasimi maybe from different sides of the Mediterranean but both offer Arab and Middle Eastern cookery classes online via Youtube or their websites.
